Technical Support, Inc. was established in 1984 to provide the Omaha Nebraska business community with competent, responsive personal computer sales, service, and technical support. TSI’s emphasis was and continues to be a complete value-added technical service provider. Initially, we specialized in networking hardware and software customization. But when PC hardware started to be a commodity, we began to focus on software engineering and electronic hardware design services. By 1990, TSI had committed itself to performing hardware and software consulting services as mainline offerings. In addition, as a logical outgrowth of our hardware engineering and design orientation, we began to perform through hole assembly for printed circuit boards. Then in 1995, contract electronic manufacturing services were expanded and we added a surface mount technology assembly line. Our activities today primarily cultivate and utilize our expertise in embedded systems, data communications, image processing, and other hardware/software custom systems. Today, TSI is poised to become a world-class leader in:Electronics Engineering, RoHS assembly, Adherence to IPC-A-610 standards, The flexibility to handle prototypes, small and large runs, Domestic and international manufacturing, PCB Manufacturing, PCB Assembly while offering superior electronics and software design services.
