TSI operates a complete surface mount contract manufacturing assembly line in an controlled environment for critical process control. Our surface mount equipment offers flexibility with the ability to handle fine pitch assembly work, and standard package sizes at high rates of speed to IPC-A-610 standards. We have chosen to use insertion equipment from Mydata.

TSI not only specializes in surface mount technology – we also offer complete through-hole service as well as cable harness assembly. We employ experienced supervisors and inspectors, along with a team of experienced line workers who are skilled at building any difficult or special PCB need.

TSI provides circuit board assemblies, cable/harnesses, custom test sets and programming services. We manufacture a full range of printed board assemblies based on customer needs. From prototype to production, TSI meets the most demanding processing needs and production schedules.

In addition, assembly and quality assurance is conducted under magnification, 100% visual inspection and full compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.

We adhere to ESD Standard S20.20-2007. The floor is tested using a Megohmmeter, all assemblers utilize heel and wrist straps, ESD dissipative mats cover work surfaces and shelving, and all employees regularly attend ESD training.
