For more than 23 years, Technical Support, Inc. has performed software engineering, hardware engineering, PCB layout, PCB assembly, electronic engineering and electronic manufacturing with an uncompromising dedication to quality. We have been an ISO 9001:2000 registered corporation since 2001 and a member of the SMTA since 1994 while serving the areas of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, South Dakota, Minnesota and Beyond. We provide complete hardware and software solutions for custom computing applications. Our mission is to provide world-class systems engineering services and quality manufacturing. TSI’s focus is primarily in the areas of data communications and real-time computing. Our facilities allow us to provide a turnkey approach through designing hardware, creating system software and manufacturing the finished product. As a complete one-stop resource, we have a highly educated and experienced team of software and hardware engineers who can efficiently turn a feasible idea into a product (concept or reality), or improve existing products. For example, we will work closely with a client to develop their new product and/or improve their existing product, and then build and thoroughly test a prototype. Once the product meets or exceeds our client’s expectations, we manufacture small quantities of the product until it passes its "introduction" phase. Finally, when the product achieves the second phase of its product cycle growth, TSI manufactures it in quantities. TSI can help in any phase of the product life cycle.
